BUILDING A NEW FUTURE: SUPPORT THE RICHMOND CYCLING CORPS’ NEW HOME

LAST SATURDAY NIGHT, I had the honor of serving as the MC for a fundraiser in support of the Richmond Cycling Corps’ new home at 2123 Fairmount. A brand new spot in the heart of the RCC service area where Craig (Dodson), Matt (Crane), and the full RCC team will be moving into later this year.

The fundraiser was hosted by Steven and Amy Williams and featured music from the Lawrence Olds Band. Every dollar raised was matched by the Mary Morton Parsons Foundation — it was a great night.

If you’re not familiar with the RCC, please visit their website. The RCC operates the only public high school cycling team in the state – out of Armstrong High School. But their work is much more than sports excellence, it’s about changing the lives of children in our city. It was an honor for The Cheats Movement to play a part.

Please do your part to support the Richmond Cycling Corps — you can still donate HERE. #WESEEIT
