BEHIND THE MUSIC: NOAH-O (DIR. ROBERT ROBY OF SOUL LIVE MEDIA)
It’s going down tonight at The Camel – Beat Battle IX. Tonight’s event will be in memory of the late Kleph Dollaz and will feature performances from Yankee, Chance Fisher, and Noah-O. I first covered the Charged Up Ent. founder Noah-O last year at RVA Music Fest and continued to photograph his camp periodically throughout the year. What I’m sharing today is special. I have long been on record praising one of the best directors/videographers in the central Virginia area – Rob Roby AKA Smoothmatic AKA Soul Live Media. This brother is always on his job and always delivering (check out his vimeo page). Earlier this year he went in-dept with Noah-O to bring this exclusive Behind the Music story. I think today is great day to highlight this piece. If you haven’t noticed, The Cheats Movement Blog is growing and bringing a unique perspective to RVA culture – if you don’t know – check it out and support the blog on Facebook by clicking HERE!
