COMICS & BASEBALL: CHEATS TALKS WITH DANIEL JACOB HORINE (POP FLY POP SHOP)

A few months ago, around the passing of Henry Aaron, I bought my first print from Pop Fly Pop Shop. It was a special Henry Aaron cover titled “Hammer of the Gods.”

I can’t remember exactly when I was first introduced to Pop Fly Pop Shop and the amazing work of Daniel Horine. It was around the beginning of the year. Once I saw his work, I knew I had to have a conversation with him.

Daniel does weekly baseball-themed art prints that are released once a week, for that week only. He creates beautiful prints that tell fascinating stories of baseball greats, past and present.

In our conversation, we talk about how Pop Fly Pop Shop came to be, how he selects his subjects, and which prints are his favorites.

I encourage all of you to check out Pop Fly Pop Shop and browse through all of Daniel’s prints. You can’t buy them because they are retired, but don’t miss out in the future, lock into Pop Fly Pop Shop right now. #WESEEIT
