RICHMOND ARTIST BIZHAN KHODABANDEH GETS STAMP OF APPROVAL FROM PUBLIC ENEMY’S CHUCK D

Super-talented Richmond artist Bizhan Khodabandeh has been doing amazing work for years under the banner of his company Mended Arrow. The artist and educator has consistently built a reputation as one of the best illustrators and designers in the Cap City. This week, he got a stamp of approval from none other than Chuck D of Public Enemy on twitter.

Bizhan did an autobio comic about the time PJ Sykes invited him to UofR to hear Chuck D give a lecture. They sat in the front row and after the public talk, Chuck chatted Bizhan up about fonts and design. The comic was shared on twitter and reposted by the Public Enemy legend himself. #WESEEIT
