“STYLE IN BLUR” [ABNER CLAY PARK, RICHMOND, VA]

If you don’t know, in Richmond, we have our own style icons. Mecca, the creator of Style and Spirit, is always on point. This photo was taken last year at the kick off of the Richmond’s Black Restaurant Week Experience in Abner Clay Park.

I love Abner Clay Park in Jackson Ward. If you have an active toddler, like me, then you know that Abner Clay has one of the best, most innovative, playgrounds in the city. If you don’t know that, now you know.

I shot this photo of Mecca with my Canon T2I with the factory lens. Looking back, I really wish I had my 50mm lens during this shoot. I owe Mecca one. I did the edit in lightroom and added the blur in photoshop.
