Thank you for including Angel DeCarlo, who was shot down by a White Hopewell, Va. Policeman, in the pictures reflected on the statues. She was shot by an officer who had already killed at least two other people. I heard that he was involved in maybe another one, also, but this has not been substantiated. I do know that Angel is his third victim, however.
