HIP-HOP MOURNS THE TRAGIC LOSS OF NIPSEY HUSSLE (AUGUST 15, 1985 – MARCH 31, 2019)

TMZ was first to break that news that Los Angeles MC and entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle had been shot outside of his Marathon Clothing store in Hyde Park yesterday. About an hour later, it was reported and confirmed that Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was shot multiple times and fatally wounded.

Shockwaves flew through twitter, Instagram, and Facebook with true disbelief that Hussle was gone. The Grammy-nominated rapper was really coming into his own with the release of Victory Lap, technically his debut studio album for Atlantic Records (though Nipsey has been on the scene for years).

The hip-hop community, and really all in the world of entertainment, sports, and business. have been paying their respects to Hussle.

Hip-Hop aside..Nipsey was a Father. A Husband. A Son. A Brother. A community leader. He was a human and other humans need him.
