I know I say this every time, but, I must admit, this essay is truly fantastic. David Kenedy is one of the most talented photographers I’ve come across (ever), and he’s been putting in super-dope work for years. I first encountered his stellar photography during the early days of the RVA Mural Project. Now, through IG, I have been able to follow his photos covering the rallies and demonstrations in Richmond. His ability to grab your attention through his lens is uncanny. His photos are beautiful and raw at the same time. If I had to describe his style in one word: brilliant.
