VIDEO: NOAH-O X DJ MENTOS “ANALOG SUSPECTS THEME”

Transmission 001, which was released last week on Bandcamp, is Noah-O and DJ Mentos’s follow-up album to their debut The Rain.  “Analog Suspects Theme” is the first release off the new album. The video is filmed mostly around the Richmond Squirrels baseball stadium on Boulevard in Richmond and is directed by The Brownstonerz.

Noah has always been blessed with lyrical talent but, to be honest, his ability to rhyme – I mean really rhyme – with the best wordsmiths in the city may have gone slightly overlooked or at least underappreciated. However, his lyrical chops are on full display on this debut track. The stripped down, classic boom bap, beat patterns of DJ Mentos allows Noah to carry the track with his wordplay. He really shows off lyrically ability on this track.
