RICHMOND’S RUSSELL WILSON NAMED NFL’S MAN OF THE YEAR

Richmond native, Collegiate School graduate, Seattle Seahawk’s all-pro quarterback Russell Wilson is the 2020 NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year, picking up the prestigious award this Super Bowl week.

“We are stronger together than we are alone…” Wilson said. “To the young boy or girl who has a dream … who wants to make a difference … remember: Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. “Love changes things.”

Wilson was acknowledged for his work in the Seattle community and for lending his voice to social justice issues. #WESEEIT
