THE 2ND BEST COMEDY FEST STARTS TONIGHT!

If you love improv comedy then this weekend is for you! Starting tonight and running through Saturday is the 4th Annual 2nd Best Comedy Fest. Let’s break it down, shall we? Over 30 comedy acts from around the country, 3 nights, 2 locations, 1 amazing party. The festival will also include workshops taught by some of the best improvers around.

My personal highlights will be The Hearst Girls (RVA) performing Saturday at Gallery 5 S/O my girl Amber, Good Joke / Bad Joke Bingo (NYC) performing Saturday at G5,  Big Bosses (RVA) performing Saturday at G5, My Momma’s Biscuits (NYC) performing Saturday at G5, and Take It Personal ft. Cipha Sounds (NYC) Performing Saturday at G5.

Now I know what you’re saying, Cheats, all your recommendations are for shows at Gallery 5. Well, I’ve been assured by Coalition Theater Director Katie Holcomb that all the shows are great, especially the ones at the Coalition Theater.
